Recognised Partners have no access to applicant data, no assessment authority, and no authority to represent Data Bureau in any contractual, regulatory, or legal capacity. All certification authority, assessment independence, and institutional governance remain solely with Data Bureau (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. This is stated explicitly in every Letter of Appointment.
