Certificate of Verified E-Commerce Seller
A formal credential issued by Data Bureau (Singapore) confirming that the holder is a verified, legally registered, and commercially active e-commerce business entity in Singapore.
About This Certificate
The Certificate of Verified E-Commerce Seller (Programme Reference: SVC-09) is issued by Data Bureau (Singapore) to verified e-commerce sellers operating registered businesses in Singapore. Each certificate is assigned a unique Certificate ID and is valid for one year from the date of issuance, subject to ongoing compliance with the Data Bureau (Singapore) Renewal, Revocation & Programme Conduct Policy (DB-POL-001).
The certificate confirms three facts about the holder: that their business is legally registered with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) and holds a valid UEN; that they operate at least one active, publicly accessible storefront on a major Singapore e-commerce platform; and that they are commercially active, with completed transaction history.
Certificates are publicly verifiable at any time via the Data Bureau (Singapore) registry at databureau.com.sg/registry. Any buyer, brand, logistics partner, or institutional buyer may enter a Certificate ID or scan the QR code on the certificate to confirm its authenticity and current status.
